Prototype Machining
Prototyping is one of Mid-Continent's strongest core competencies.
Much of our business revolves around the capabilities of being able to provide our customers with a prototype and then see the project on to full production. Our customers and their engineers work with our expert machinists and engineers to design and produce some of the most unique and complex parts, maintaining close contact during entire process to ensure that the highest quality and tolerances are met.
In most cases Mid-Continent Engineering produces the product from start to finish, thus reducing errors, maximizing costs and providing feedback to our customers during the process. Typical prototype machining can range from complex 5-axis machining to repairing customer parts and creating simple to complex mock-ups.
